WARRANTY: We make no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except that the goods sold hereunder shall be of merchandisable quality and in accordance with any specifications included herein and the customers assumes all risks and liability for results obtained by use of the goods covered hereby whether singly or in combination with other products, In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages. Reflect-A-Life will comply with “default” Government minimum warranties.

RETURNS: All goods are non-returnable except for defects in manufacturing. Claims must be made within 30-days of receipt of material. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

All requests, proposals, business plans, applications, ideas, suggestions, comments, feedback, and other materials disclosed, submitted, or offered to Reflect-A-Life, using the Site or otherwise, (collectively, "Submissions") are not confidential and will become and remain the property of Reflect-A-Life. You agree that Reflect-A-Life shall be entitled to use, display, publish, reproduce, modify, transmit, sublicense, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute Submissions in any medium and through any method of distribution, transmission or display for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or anyone else.

No Commitments
